CONCRETE PREPARATION
Our first step involves meticulous concrete preparation to lay a solid foundation for the coating. To ensure proper adhesion, we utilize diamond grinders and dust collectors to prepare the concrete meticulously. This process guarantees a smooth, dust-free surface.
CONCRETE REPAIR
Before moving forward, we address any existing issues with the concrete surface. Our concrete repair phase involves carefully filling cracks, patching holes, and rectifying any surface imperfections. This step is essential to enhance the overall appearance of the floor and prevent further deterioration.
BASECOAT
The basecoat is where the transformation begins. It serves as the adhesive foundation for the entire coating system. During this stage, we apply a resilient base layer that ensures strong adhesion to the prepared concrete surface. This step is pivotal in guaranteeing the durability and long-lasting performance of the coating system.
VINYL CHIP BROADCAST
To enhance both aesthetics and functionality, we introduce vinyl chips into the mix. This step not only adds a visually appealing dimension but also provides an extra layer of texture and durability. We meticulously broadcast vinyl chips onto the wet basecoat, creating a decorative and slip-resistant surface.
SCRAPE
After the application of vinyl chips and allowing the coating to dry, we enter the scrape phase. Here, we carefully remove any excess chips to ensure a level and uniform texture across the surface.
CLEAR COAT
Our final step is the application of the clear coat. This top layer serves multiple purposes. It not only provides an additional layer of protection but also enhances the overall appearance of your floor. The clear coat seals and encapsulates the vinyl chips, making the surface easy to clean and resistant to wear, stains, and UV damage.
